Fabulous resort – looks stunning and is very clean, friendly staff, fabulous large apartment overlooking pool and sea in distance. Lovely fresh croissants for breakfast and fresh baguettes for lunch available daily in resort shop. Highly recommend the MaxiCat catamaran trip to see dolphins and whales. HM continues to maintain or improve its standards. In 19 years we have not noticed any drop in standards. Staff excellent and helpful, quality excellent as always. Pools and sports facilities very clean and well maintained. Apartments well furnished and well cared for.

I stayed at the Hollywood Mirage with my husband and daughter for 11 days.
I can honestly say it was one of the nicest places I have stayed in. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. There were activities and entertainment for everyone. My daughter was thrilled with the face painting and birds shows…The main pool was lively with children’s laughter and I thought the option of a quieter pool in the hotel grounds was a great alternative to relax.

Complex is first class … We had a couple of maintenance issues with bulbs and the dishwasher which were all fixed within the hour. We even got a phone call to check the jobs had been done the following day. For attractions, Siam Park was absolutely brilliant. Apart from the rides/slides it has a large man made lagoon with sunbeds where you can base yourself while you wander around the park.

Stayed for six nights at the Club and had a wonderful time. If you’re a resort in a beach area and you’re not on the beach, you better do something right. This place does it all right. The resort is really self contained – entertainment nightly, two pool areas, supermarket on site, nice bar area open all the time, workout facilities and an extensive game area – even lanes for bowling!!

We have just returned and had a great time! We had a duplex in block ‘G’. Nice lounge and downstairs toilet with shower, big sun terrace with table & chairs and 2 sunbeds. The view was awesome, looking out over Los Cristianos and the marina. We have stayed here many times being owners there and will return again at Christmas. Overall a great resort, clean, staff very pleasant and entertainment reasonable.

We were invited to the resort and we were given a presentation by Matthew who was very polite and informative he was also very pleasant. We were shown around the resort by which we were very impressed with the quality of the apartments and the complex in general. The only reason for not buying was purely personal circumstances.

The promotion at the Beverly Hills club was a very enjoyable experience. Prior to the holiday we were dreading the idea of the Timeshare Presentation, however we met with a charming representative who made us feel at ease. He gave us lots of information in a very professional manner and remained pleasant throughout. We also met a senior manager who fully understood that we could not purchase at the moment in time.
